Tune in to Dialogues with Eggie at 13:00 on 23.4.2017 for our story on the rescue and shelter dogs that visit the prisoners in protective custody every Wednesday at the Freiburg jail. Eggie and the Radio Dog Popochen had an exclusive interview with the lead volunteer for this project early this month. Previous news reports highlighted the benefits of this dog-assisted activity for the inmates. However in this broadcast, we will also hear the perspectives for the dogs. The interview was conducted in German and will be briefly translated in English and Mandarin.
