Rengin Melis Engin, an eager student at United World Robert Bosch College, interviewed Heloise, a volunteer at the GartenCoop Freiburg about an issue that concerns the whole world: How can the consumption of organic food and fair trade products make an impact against the climate change? They talked about the effects and consequences of biological farming and discussed how availability of organic food can be a challenge for the majority of the world population. Comparing and contrasting the current status of ecological farming with the need of feeding the growing world population, they had an enjoyable and informative talk about different points of view on the issue within the context of sustainability and agriculture.
